Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number so that you can keep up with its location and shipping date. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged or returned packages.  Original Hot Girl is also not responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout; please double check to ensure that your address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are delighted to resend it to you, therefore a shipping charge will be re-applied. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

Pick-Up Policy

Orders purchased online for "Pick-Up"  before 3:00 pm will be ready for pick-up by the end of the day.  Pick-up orders that are purchased after 3:00 pm will be ready for pick-up on the next day.  After your order is placed, you will receive a text and email with the instructions aand details about your order.
